Once you become a Xzotic Lash Addict you'll find that our prices are competitive, our hours are flexible, we're conveniently located 10 mins from Cedar Hill, Duncanville, Lancaster & Desoto, our customer service is geared towards our customer needs and most importantly we're consistent.
Booking Policy
(1) As a LASH ADDICT you are responsible for BOOKING, RESCHEDULING, CANCELLING & SELECTING THE CORRECT SERVICE.
(2) I will allow 1 RESCHEDULE PER Retainer fee. Your retainer fee is non-refundable/non-transferable.
(3) Please plan accordingly for your appointment based on service time.
(4) Arrival times are between 5 mins prior & 10 mins after scheduled time.PLEASE REMAIN IN VEHICLE UNTIL I COME TO THE DOOR.
(5) Late arrivals without communication are cancelled after 10 min & 15 mins max with communication. A $10 Late fee will be applied.
(6) Lashes MUST BE free of MAKEUP &
STRIP LASH GLUE.
(7) No shows & last min cancellations are charged a $20 fee (initial RETAINER FEE paid at booking) NO SHOWS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO REBOOK. Last min cancellations will need to rebook and pay new retainer fee.
(8) All clients will be serviced based on service option booked! Please read each description prior to booking.
(9) Additional guest ARE NOT ALLOWED
(10) Please arrive with necessary items only, please leave oversized items in vehicle
(11) An appointments booked after 3wks a FULL SET is required
